| Supervision
Ration
A
ratio of 1 adult per 4 children is usually required
to ensure adequate supervision and keep large groups
safe during a farm visit. Please also check the
guidelines of your local education authority.
Times
Please
ensure you arrive about 15 minutes before the start
of a course. Morning courses start at 10.00am and
afternoon courses commence at 1.00pm.
Coach
Parking
We
have adequate space to allow coach access and parking.
If arriving in a coach access to the farm will be
made using the top gate entrance, not the usual
farm shop entrance.
Clothing
It
is essential that all visitors come with suitable
outdoor clothing and sensible footwear. Waterproof
clothing and footwear may be appropriate under certain
conditions.
Costs
Please
see the separate sheet with current prices. Please
note that most visits are subject to a minimum charge.
The payment for the visit must be completed before
the day of arrival.
Food
The
farm does not have facilities to cater for large
groups so if you require food during your visit
please bring a packed-lunch. An indoor eating area
is usually available if booked in advance.
