Visit
Outline
On
arrival at the farm you will be met by Church Farm
staff who will show you the location of toilets,
hand-washing facilities etc. There will be a brief
introduction where an outline of the visit will
be given with an emphasis on farm hygiene and safety.
The
group will then be taken on a tractor ride to see
the larger farm animals. There will be a small chat
about each animal and a chance to stroke them. On
return to the farm the children will then be able
to meet and stroke some of the smaller animals including
ducks, hens, rabbits and guinea pigs.
After
seeing the animals they can then play in the straw
bounce.
Before
Departure
The
adventure playground area will be made available
to school parties where time and capacity permits.
There will also be a selection of souvenirs for
children to purchase from a separate shop by the
playground.
